Developed by a global steering committee of Pulmonary Hypertension experts and patient advocates, this charter outlines the standard of holistic care that people living with PH should expect to receive.  Australia is the first country to adapt it for our needs.

A charter gives you information to be informed and educated on your disease condition, it empowers you to make decisions in collaboration and working together with your Pulmonary Hypertension Medical Team and allied health.
